Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time
English: All orders are processed within1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or official holidays will be processed on the next working day. We will confirm your order via email once the payment is verified. During peak seasons or promotional periods, slight delays may occur, and we will notify customers of any abnormal delays in advance.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time | 运输方式与送达时效
English: We provide global standard shipping services covering most countries and regions worldwide. The estimated delivery time is calculated after order processing completed:
- Standard Shipping: 12–18 business days
Delivery time may vary slightly due to destination distance, customs clearance efficiency, local logistics conditions and unexpected factors such as weather and public emergencies.

3. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Threshold | 运费标准与免邮规则
English: Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the destination country/region, package weight and product volume, and will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before payment.
Free Shipping Rule: Orders over $[60] qualify for free standard shipping (excluding express shipping and remote region surcharges).

4. Order Tracking | 物流追踪
English: Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number and tracking link to your registered email address. You can check the real-time logistics status via the official carrier website or our store tracking page. Tracking information will be updated within 24 hours after shipment.

5. International Shipping & Customs Duties
English: All international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees charged by the destination country’s customs department. These additional fees are the buyer’s responsibility, as we have no control over local customs policies and fee standards.
We will strictly declare the product value according to international logistics rules. If the package is detained, returned or destroyed by customs due to buyer’s false declaration or personal reasons, we will not bear any responsibility and refund.

6. Shipping Restrictions | 运输限制
English: We currently do not support shipping to PO boxes, military addresses and remote inaccessible areas. For some special restricted products, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the shipping method of orders that cannot be delivered normally.

7. Lost & Damaged Shipment Policy
English: Please inspect the package immediately upon receipt. If the product is damaged, missing or incorrect, please contact our customer service within 48 hours after delivery and provide photos/videos of the package outer packaging and defective products for verification.
For confirmed lost packages during transportation, we offer two solutions: free reshipment or full refund. We do not accept compensation applications submitted more than 7 days after order delivery.

8. Order Modification & Cancellation 
English: You can modify the shipping address or cancel your order for free before the order is processed and shipped. Once the order is shipped, no address modification or order cancellation is supported. If the buyer actively refuses delivery, the return shipping fee and related losses shall be borne by the buyer.
